Accounts & Project Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Track project costs against budgets and identify cost overruns.
• Produce job profitability reports for management.
• Review labour, material and subcontractor costs for each project.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure costs are captured accurately.
• Prepare financial reports for directors, including:
  • Cash position
  • Work in Progress (WIP)
  • Project profitability
  • Forecast cash requirements

Skills & Experience

• Experience in construction, engineering, fabrication or project-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of project costing and job profitability.
• Experience preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with MYOB Acumatica (highly desirable).
• Strong attention to detail.
