Job Description
Support administration of the PES Bengaluru office by managing lease agreements, rent-related activities, vendor coordination, budgeting, and asset/inventory control. Handle travel arrangements for new joiners, including air ticket bookings and transport logistics. Oversee procurement and printing of office stationery, ensure timely processing and verification of administrative invoices, and maintain cost-effective office operations.Coordinate VIP/customer visits, hotel bookings, service apartments, and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
Provide onboarding support to new employees and manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, employee convenience, and efficient utilization of resources while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence across the office.
