Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize variable payroll entries (commissions, bonuses, and deductions) by consolidating spreadsheets and documents, supporting monthly payroll processing.
- Assist with document verification for hires, transfers, and promotions, checking the completeness of data and forms and ensuring employees' records are correctly updated.
- Support the onboarding process by cleaning and verifying data for submission to eSocial, contributing to the consistency of information.
- Provide support for timekeeping and electronic attendance systems, advising managers on correct data entry and assisting with calculation of overtime, schedules, and time bank.
- Organize documents and evidence for audits and inspections, ensuring responsiveness and transparency when addressing requests.
- Maintain databases for HR metrics by entering personnel movement information to support report consolidation.
- Assist in reviewing salary tables and benefits, comparing data with current policies and identifying basic inconsistencies.
- Organize collective bargaining agreements and union contracts, keeping the digital repository updated for reference.
- Support the creation and follow-up of purchase requisitions, contributing to the procurement and availability of employee benefits.
- Assist in preparing and organizing departmental statements and reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in administrative routines and document organization.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Technical education or currently enrolled in a degree program in Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with corporate systems such as SAP and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Basic Power BI.
