Job Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in São Paulo, Brazil. Focusing on talent recruitment, HR administration and HRBP functions, this role exists to support the company’s business growth and organizational demands. The HR Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, handle day-to-day HR administrative operations, and serve as a trusted HR business partner to all departments.
Working closely with management and staff, the incumbent must ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws, elevate employee experience, and foster a positive, efficient and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, job posting, resume screening, interviewing and onboarding administration;
- Collaborate with department heads to deeply understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines via job portals, employee referrals and external recruitment channels;
- Support local employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns in Brazil.
- Act as HRBP for assigned teams, delivering professional HR advisory aligned with business objectives;
- Support performance management, employee development and engagement programs;
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion, and assist in resolving workplace conflicts;
- Facilitate communication between leadership and staff to sustain a healthy working environment.
- Administer core HR paperwork, including employee files, employment contracts, and documentation for hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations;
- Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking and benefits distribution in line with local legal requirements;
- Ensure consistent implementation of internal HR policies, regulations and guidelines;
- Assist with audits to guarantee adherence to Brazilian labor legislation and relevant regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 2–5 years of solid HR working experience with proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations;
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and local employment regulations;
- Hands‑on experience in HR administration and employee relations;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective cross‑team collaboration;
- Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks within a fast‑paced, dynamic working environment;
- Meticulous, proactive, with strong customer‑centric mindset to support internal teams;
- Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
