Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in North Cikarang. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Duties include managing phone communications, scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and assisting with executive-level tasks.
The role requires efficient coordination, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling office operations and supporting organizational tasks.Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls and maintaining professional interactions.Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting senior management with scheduling, reporting, and other responsibilities.Attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure thorough and accurate task completion.Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to meet objectives efficiently.Proficiency in productivity tools and software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and email management systems.Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
