Role Description :

We are looking for a target-driven Admissions Head to lead the admissions function and drive student enrollments across campuses. The role involves managing the complete admissions lifecycle, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless parent engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end admissions process from enquiry to enrollment
• Drive admission targets and improve conversion ratios
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and quality
• Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and counselling effectiveness
• Train and manage admissions counsellors and front-office teams
• Ensure strong parent engagement and relationship management
• Track performance through MIS reports and dashboards
• Plan and execute admission campaigns, events, and walk-ins
