Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain professional relationships with individual insurance partners and agentsCoordinate regularly with insurance agents and companies regarding claim policies, tariffs, and patient servicesProvide clear and accurate information about hospital services to insurance partners and agentsManage and monitor patient referrals from individual agents or brokers to ensure smooth admission processesHandle inquiries, feedback, and complaints from insured patients and insurance representatives in a timely and professional mannerPrepare periodic performance reports related to individual insurance partners and agentsDeliver information and assistance to insured patients, ensuring a seamless and patient-centered experienceConduct internal updates and training for service teams regarding insurance products, coverage, and procedures QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital insurance operations, TPA, or healthcare industryStrong understanding of insurance workflows (referrals, claims, policies, and patient handling)Familiar with hospital operations and patient service standardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
