Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated AI product sales manager to drive the sales of our AI-powered products and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience selling SaaS, AI/ML, GenAI, or enterprise software solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. You will own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiations and deal closure while building long-term customer relationships.
AI product sales roles require strong product knowledge, understanding of customer pain points, and the ability to articulate AI value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of AI products and enterprise AI solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Business Decision Makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, AI solution presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Understand customer business challenges and position AI solutions accordingly.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.
- Stay updated on AI, GenAI, LLM, and automation market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of B2B Enterprise Software/SaaS/Product Sales experience.
- Minimum 2+ years selling AI, GenAI, ML, Automation, Analytics, or Cloud products.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and large accounts.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- Selling AI Agents, LLM, GenAI, RAG, Intelligent Automation, Conversational AI, AI Analytics, or AI Copilot solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Existing network of enterprise customers across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, or IT Services.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is preferred.
