Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Annual License Contract (ALC) renewals for existing customers.
- Generate new business opportunities for software subscriptions and license-based solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Track upcoming license expirations and ensure timely renewal closures.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Coordinate with technical, support, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on commercial discussions, purchase orders, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned renewal, retention, and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software renewals, subscription sales, inside sales, account management, or B2B sales.
- Experience in engineering software sales or software licensing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and renewal cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
