About the Role We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to own Sponsorships & Events. You’ll be the bridge between brands, event execution, and revenue.
This role is for someone who’s great at pitching, managing brand relationships, and making sure events run flawlessly while hitting sponsorship targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorships & Brand PartnershipsIdentify and pitch potential sponsors for events, conferences, and activationsCreate sponsorship decks, proposals, and custom brand packages Meet revenue targets for sponsorship sales
Manage end-to-end sponsor relationships: pitching → negotiation → closure → delivery → post-event reportingCoordinate sponsor deliverables: branding, stalls, speaking slots, logo placements, etc
.2. Event Planning & ExecutionSupport planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and roadshowsWork with internal teams + vendors on logistics: venue, production, marketing, PR Ensure sponsor commitments are delivered on-ground and online Handle on-ground brand management during events
3. Reporting & CoordinationTrack pipeline, revenue, and deliverables in CRMPrepare post-event reports with metrics, photos, media coverage for sponsorsCoordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams for seamless execution
Must-Have Skills3-5 years experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or event managementStrong pitching, negotiation, and client management skillsComfortable with numbers and hitting revenue targets
Excellent communication + presentation skillsHigh ownership, organized, and can handle multiple events at onceProficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM toolsGood to Have Existing network of brands/agenciesExperience in B2B events, conferences, or experiential marketing
