Client Services Associate

As a Client Servicing Associate, you’ll bridge client expectations with creative output—shaping briefs, managing workflows, and keeping everything on track.It’s not just coordination—you’ll understand brands, anticipate needs, and help turn ideas into campaigns that work.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Understand briefs and translate them into clear internal requirements
• Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Manage client feedback and maintain strong working relationships
• Support campaign planning, reporting, and presentations

Required Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and campaign workflows
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint & Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and creative processes & prior experience or exposure to the advertising industry (internships included).
