Assistant Manager, Warehouse (Tobacco Packaging - Batam Placement)

Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the IKG & BOL Warehouse Operation. Provide an effective and reliable service to customers /user. Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and control inventory of the material and finish good.

Responsibilities:Manage whole warehouse activity: receiving, outgoing, issue material, and storage activity.Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performanceEnsure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation related to goods in and goods out including labelling of all stock itemsEnsure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirementsCreate policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systemsEnsure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system utilizing help of the warehouse teamReview ways to reduce wasteOn Time Delivery Material to production.On Time Delivery Shipment vs Container Stuffing.Incoming Container Unloading arrange to prevent detention charges.Ensure material incoming inspection arrangement.Disposal, On Hold Rejection ClearanceControls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.Supervise & Monitoring of the 5S activity with health & safety environment in the warehouse.Perform ‘Physical Inventory’ (monthly & yearly inventory/annual stock take)Working to maximize utilize the use of space, minimize aisle, use maximum capacity of building.Ensure Clickup updated as per requirement. Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeExpertise in Warehouse Management min 5 yearsGoals of service: zero customer disappointed, fast service issuing material to ProductionExpertise Physical Inventory Monthly/Yearly Stock Take with Zero VarianceAccuracy in Inventory stockGood team player and strong leadershipGood communication skill
