The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include monitoring deliverables, assisting with documentation, preparing status reports, and following up on pending actions to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
The role will also involve coordinating logistics, supporting inspection activities, and helping resolve issues that may impact project schedules or costs. The individual will work closely with the Project Manager to maintain clear communication, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement across projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of tasks and timelines.Candidates should possess skills as an Expeditor and in Expediting to follow up on materials, services, and documentation to keep projects on schedule.Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to support quality checks, verification of deliverables, and compliance with project specifications.Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and resource allocation for project activities.Relevant experience in assisting project teams within industrial, engineering, construction, or related sectors is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.A diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
