About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical delivery background with hands-on experience managing Agile projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, high-quality project execution.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage project planning, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while working closely with engineering teams in a cloud-native environment.

Skill Requirements:

• Preferable coming from Development/Technical delivery background (Not mandatory but can filter out most profiles which are irrelevant, everything falls in line if they are from development background)
• Hands on Project Manager not only scrum master, and PMO.
• AGILE framework end to end and JIRA extensively. Candidate should be able to articulate JRIA dashboards, sprint tracking, release tracking, blockers, and dependency tracking hands on.
• Budget management and tracking experience, planning and burning tracking hands on
• Risk and dependency management hands on experience, RAID clarity.
• SAFE framework experience at least understanding if not used extensively, PI Planning, RTE, ROAM fair idea helps.
• Cloud native experience
• Strong Stakeholder Communication experience.
