About the Role

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the founders to drive strategic priorities, execution rigor, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with structured thinking, and can translate strategy into execution.

Ideal Candidate

1-3 years of experience in consulting, product, operations, healthcare, VC, or high-growth startupsStrong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving abilityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate across business, product, technology, and operationsHigh ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsInterest in healthcare, AI, and company building

Scope of Work

Partner with founders on strategic initiatives and company planningDrive cross-functional execution and OKR trackingPrepare board and investor materialsLead special projects spanning product, growth, operations, and partnershipsImprove internal systems, reporting, and decision-making processesSupport hiring, culture building, and organizational developmentRole based in Singapore — Hybrid / Full-time options available
