Job Purpose
The Bharti Institute of Public Policy is a leading policy research centre and carries out research, both as an institutional mandate as well as through funded projects. The institute stands tall as one of India’s eminent public policy think tanks, engaging with distinguished policymakers and providing them with critical, data-driven evidence, research, and analysis on relevant and pressing policy issues.
The Associate Director at the Bharti Institute of Public Policy will provide administrative leadership and vision in the establishment of policies and procedures for the institute. The Associate Director will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director and working in close coordination with the Research Director and Policy Director of the institute in executing the goals and agenda of BIPP.
Job Outline
As ISB BIPP continues to broaden its public policy research and capacity-building initiatives, we seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated Associate Director to join our team to lead and support the institute’s initiatives.
The successful candidate will carry out the following activities:
- Education: Managing the Advanced Management Programme for Public Policy (AMPPP), including administrative support and ensuring effective programme delivery in coordination with the Policy Director, BIPP.
- Administration: Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the institute, with a focus on digital transformation, financial, operational, and logistics management.
- Outreach: Support the organization of events to enhance the visibility of the institute.
- Coordination: Ensure effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
Job Specification
Knowledge / Education: Post-Graduate Degree/PhD in Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences or any relevant discipline
