We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Paid Media to lead media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive paid media strategies across digital platforms to achieve brand and business objectives.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Partner with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with PR, creative, influencer, content, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee media budgets, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong expertise across paid media platforms and measurement tools.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns, media budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable business outcomes.
