We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Community & Administration Executive to manage front office operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees, visitors, vendors and service staff. The ideal candidate should be personable, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across administration, facilities coordination and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting room schedules.
- Ensure reception and common areas remain presentable at all times.
Office Administration
- Coordinate courier, mail and delivery services.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Liaise with vendors for office requirements.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation.
Facilities & Housekeeping Coordination
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors for repairs and office upkeep.
- Monitor pantry, consumables and office facilities.
- Escalate and track facility-related issues until resolution.
Community & Employee Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employee day-to-day office needs.
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations and events.
- Help create a positive workplace environment and office culture.
- Support internal communications and workplace announcements.
Vendor & Service Management
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, courier and facility vendors.
- Track vendor attendance and service quality.
- Ensure timely follow-up on operational requirements.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in front office, administration, hospitality or coworking spaces is preferred.
