The Defence Vertical here serves as a strategic platform for policy advocacy, industry engagement, and stakeholder collaboration to support India's defence modernisation, indigenous manufacturing, and export ambitions. The division works closely with the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, DRDO, DPSUs, private industry, and global partners to drive initiatives that strengthen the country's defence capability and industrial competitiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidates with a strong Defence background need only apply.

• Experience: 20+ Years
• Master's Degree in Defence Studies, Strategic Affairs, Public Policy, International Relations, Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.
• 20+ years of experience in Defence, Strategic Affairs, Defence Manufacturing, Armed Forces, Defence PSUs, Industry Associations or Public Policy.
• Well-established network and credibility with senior officials across MoD, Armed Forces, DRDO, Department of Defence Production, DPSUs and key defence industry stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP), defence procurement, indigenous defence manufacturing, defence exports, offsets, strategic partnerships and defence innovation ecosystem.
• Proven experience in policy advocacy, stakeholder management, government engagement and industry representation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in representing organisations at national and international defence platforms and engaging with senior government and industry leadership.
