Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Consultant with 10–15 years of experience to lead large-scale transformation engagements while actively driving business growth and client expansion.

This role combines client delivery, strategic advisory, domain leadership, and revenue generation, requiring the ability to operate at CXO level, shape transformation agendas, and convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end banking technology transformation programs across core, digital, data, and cloud ecosystems with full accountability for outcomes

Define enterprise architecture, target operating models, and multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to client strategy

Act as a trusted advisor to CXO stakeholders, shaping technology strategy and driving business–IT alignment

Own and drive business development, including identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing consulting deals

Lead proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations for large and complex transformation engagements

Drive account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding existing client relationships

Provide leadership in designing scalable architectures leveraging API-led, microservices, and cloud-native approaches

Oversee program governance, delivery quality, financials, risks, and stakeholder alignment across large engagements

Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, ensuring capability building and effective delivery execution

Develop thought leadership, go-to-market offerings, and industry PoVs to strengthen market positioning

Core Skills & Experience 10–15 years of experience in banking technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture roles

Proven ability to drive both delivery excellence and revenue growth in consulting environments

Strong domain expertise across core banking, lending, payments, CRM, or digital banking ecosystems

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and platform-based solution design

Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) including hybrid and cloud-native transformation models

Hands-on knowledge of API-led, microservices, and distributed architectures for scalable solutioning

Experience in AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics-driven transformation initiatives in banking

Strong consulting experience including problem solving, creative thinking, and executive-level communication

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs and client portfolios

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to engage senior executives
