About the Role We are seeking passionate engineers and educators to join us as Software Development Engineers & Web Development Subject Matter Experts .

The role involves contributing to hands-on learning , curriculum innovation , project development , and modern engineering education . You will receive comprehensive, practical training on all essential skills—technical, pedagogical, content creation, teaching tools, and EdTech systems. This role blends technical engineering, academic creativity, and next-gen teaching , helping you strengthen both your engineering depth and instructional abilities.

Eligible Candidates Ph.D. scholars or M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology domains Candidates from the teaching/academic field (Assistant Professors, Lecturers, Teaching Assistants, Academic Instructors) with strong domain knowledge in Web Development / Computer Science / Software Engineering Individuals passionate about Computer Science, Web Development, AI, Cloud, and Engineering Education What You Will Do 1. Academic Content & Curriculum Creation Develop high-quality academic assets: lesson plans coding assignments real-world lab exercises end-to-end mini & capstone projects Create industry-aligned modules centered on Web Development, Cloud, CS Fundamentals, AI tools, and modern engineering practices. Translate complex engineering concepts into simple, engaging learning experiences. 2.

Project & Case Study Development Build real-world case studies mirroring industry problems. Design practical engineering challenges for students to implement hands-on. Contribute to project repositories, documentation, and solution architectures. 3.

Teaching & Student Engagement Support Assist and co-facilitate technical classes, coding labs, practicals, and tutorial sessions. Conduct live demos, debugging walkthroughs, simulations, and micro-teaching sessions. Mentor students on projects, code quality, design principles, and technical best practices. 4.

Technology Tools & Academic Systems Work with LMS platforms, digital evaluation systems, and content delivery tools. Track student progress and support continuous learning using AI-driven systems. Participate in peer-learning, skill reviews, and teaching effectiveness assessments. 5.

Continuous Learning & Innovation Stay ahead with new Web technologies, frameworks, and engineering trends. Experiment with AI-driven tools for teaching, automation, and content creation. Contribute to the evolution of India’s first-of-its-kind industry-oriented B.Tech curriculum.

Technical Skills Strong understanding of Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack Web Development Hands-on experience with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript React, Angular, or Vue Node.js, Express, REST APIs Databases: SQL / NoSQL Version Control: Git & GitHub Cloud basics: AWS / GCP / Azure (preferred) Strong knowledge of CS Fundamentals : Operating Systems Database Management Computer Networks OOP & Design Patterns Good understanding of DSA & problem-solving What You Gain Experience in an EdTech-driven engineering school at the cutting edge of CS, AI & Cloud.
