Role Overview: The Specialist Risk Group is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Marketing & Communications (Full-time, 6 months contract) to join our new function, supporting Asia MarComs initiatives.
The role encompasses supporting digital marketing (including website management and social media platforms), B2B marketing campaigns, and developing high‑quality marketing and business materials aligned with brand, regulatory, and business objectives. It also includes supporting presentations and pitch proposals, coordinating events and vendors, liaising with stakeholders, and providing hands‑on operational marketing support to enhance client engagement.

You bring a strong understanding of brand and content marketing best practices, with a clear focus on lead generation and audience engagement. You are comfortable managing projects end-to-end and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Accountabilities The key responsibilities for this role are: Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across brand and product lines, aligned with business priorities and target client segments. Manage and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand, product, regulatory, and messaging guidelines. Develop and execute engaging social media content, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, to support brand visibility, thought leadership, and business objectives.
Support the development of PowerPoint presentations and pitch proposals for various business units. Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and vendor management, in line with brand standards and business requirements. Coordinate and support client engagement events/projects to build new or existing client relations.
Liase with external vendors and internal stakeholders across departments to support marketing initiatives and event delivery. Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, updating website copy, creating Microsoft Forms, developing EDMs, and organising and maintaining marketing files and assets. Provide hands-on support in all marketing and communications’ needs, proactively identifying content gaps and opportunities to enhance client engagement.
ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies within the insurance or finance sectors, having demonstrated experiences in similar roles. Proven experience in B2B marketing campaigns, event management, content development and communications. Experience in website maintenance is essential, as you would be supporting the launch of a new regional webpage.
Familiar with HubSpot and photo editing tools such as Adobe or InDesign to manage website updates. Understanding of brand and content marketing best practices, with a focus on lead generation and audience engagement. Familiar with managing projects end-to-end, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing would be preferred. Familiar with website performance using analytics tools such as GA and translating insights into actionable improvements. Experience with Canva, Mailchimp or similar design communications platforms, showcasing creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling, client-focused messages. Strong interpersonal skills, team player and confidence in conveying ideas with stakeholders.
