Job Description
ResponsibilitiesExecute loyalty campaigns, strategic partnerships and promotions (e.g., point multipliers, tier upgrades, special events, travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners)Execute strategic partnerships (e.g., travel, lifestyle, or merchant partners) for the loyalty ecosystemPlan rewards catalogs and ensure a seamless redemption experience for membersMonitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on member engagements, redemptions, and campaign successPerform cohort analysis, drive insights for ongoing program refinement, and analyze customer behavior and segment performanceSupport and test loyalty system enhancements, app updates, or campaign set-upsExecution of activities and functions with relevant support departments on guest retentionPerform all duties in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Authority and other statutory requirements, department and company policies, standard operation procedures, internal controls and service standards RequirementsMeet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of ageDiploma/Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in partnership engagement is a plusProficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirableAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMinimum of 1 year’s experience in loyalty marketing, or CRM or related field. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for more senior roles
