Job Description
A global B2B engineering services company needs a seasoned Brand Strategy professional to join them. This individual contributor will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to guide brand direction, manage complexity across markets, and future‑proof the brand portfolio in a rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities:Define and evolve the long‑term role, positioning, and narrative structure of the organization’s product brand portfolioProvide strategic counsel to executive leadership on the brand implications of growth initiatives, investments, and structural changeOwn the design and evolution of the brand system, including architecture principles, naming logic, verbal and visual expression, and usage guidanceGuide group‑level initiatives that bring the brand to life through storytelling, experiences, and integrated marketing effortsTrack shifts in customer expectations, competitive landscapes, and category dynamics to inform brand prioritiesTranslate insight into strategic direction that supports innovation, portfolio decisions, and commercial growthEstablish a practical framework for understanding brand health and its contribution to business performance
Requirements:Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in strategic brand marketing with at least 5 years in B2B, B2G and/or industrial sectorsStrong experience in managing relationships with government stakeholders and public sector organizationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact positively and professionally at all levels
