Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Brand Executive. The Brand Executive will execute effective brand strategies, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, support brand marketing initiatives, and ensure brand alignment across marketing and sales channels. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and deliver marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Brand Manager in full spectrum of business from order forecast to marketing to sales.Analyse sales, consumer behaviours, market trends and competitors to maximize business opportunities.Plan and implement creative integrated marketing campaigns in the marketDevelop the annual marketing calendar, execute brand campaign, ATL and BTL marketing and PR activitiesMonitor the progress of brand awareness and sales numbersEnsure sufficient selling stocks, testers, POS materials and samples for each promotionEnsures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vlookup)Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma or other design toolsGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood analytical skills with ability to grasp numbersBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredPreferable with minimum 1-2 year of product or marketing experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.Self-motivated and independent individual with entrepreneurial spiritAble to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate multi-tasking abilitiesResourceful, with a positive can-do attitudeExperience in the Beauty/consumer/retail industry will be an advantage
