Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lab sessions and practical classes for B.Tech learners in computer science and related subjects.
2. Guide students through programming assignments, projects, coding exercises, and hands-on technical activities.
3. Design, review, and evaluate assignments, lab exercises, quizzes, and assessments to measure student learning outcomes.
4. Track student attendance, academic performance, and learning progress, and proactively mentor students who require additional academic support.
5. Resolve students' academic queries and provide one-on-one guidance to ensure conceptual clarity and successful course completion.
6. Collaborate with curriculum developers and academic teams to enhance course content, lab modules, assignments, and practical learning experiences.
7. Coordinate with mentors, instructors, and the student success team to ensure a seamless learning journey for students.
8. Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and feedback to support continuous program improvement.
9. Create and update lab manuals, coding exercises, case studies, and technical documentation aligned with the curriculum.
10. Contribute to curriculum enhancement by incorporating the latest technologies, industry practices, and practical use cases into the learning experience.
11. Monitor student engagement during live sessions and labs, identify learning gaps, and recommend appropriate interventions.
12. Ensure smooth execution of academic operations while maintaining high standards of teaching quality and student satisfaction.
