Automotive Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:Provide 24/7 after-sales technical support and troubleshooting for field issues.Develop and distribute technical bulletins for production or engineering needs.Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers across Indonesia to resolve technical concerns.Collaborate cross-functionally to support product improvements and issue resolution.Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to knowledge management systems. Requirements:Proven experience in the 4W automotive after-sales technical field.Proficient in working with principles of PHEV/EV/HEV technology and CAN bus system.Possess a driving license (SIM A).Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.Tech savvy; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an entry level.
