Team members collaborate in a values-driven environment focused on compassion, integrity, and sustainable personal transformation.Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, with a particular focus on children and families, in an on-site setting in Hyderabad.
This full-time role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions grounded in behavior analysis and psychological principles. The therapist will facilitate one-on-one and small group sessions, track progress, and adjust strategies based on ongoing evaluation and client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, participating in case discussions, and educating caregivers on effective behavioral techniques.
The role also involves promoting holistic wellbeing in line with Cittaa’s philosophy, while maintaining ethical and professional standards of care.Qualifications Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans.Solid knowledge of Psychology and related mental health concepts, with experience applying theoretical frameworks in practical settings.Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with clients and families.Experience Working With Children, especially in therapeutic, educational, or developmental contexts.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.Ability to maintain detailed clinical records, adhere to ethical guidelines, and follow confidentiality and safeguarding standards.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and engaging with a multidisciplinary team.Certification or training in behavioral therapies or child psychology is an advantage; prior experience in mental health or wellness organizations is preferred.
