• Organize regular reviews of project components to ensure quality. Documentation - Maintain Record.
• Good experience into US Healthcare benefits domain.
• Document all project activities, decisions, and communications.
• Stakeholder Management - Determine who needs to be involved in the project and how often they need to be updated.
• Actively engage stakeholders in decision-making processes and provide them with regular updates.
• Set realistic expectations and manage stakeholder concerns.
