Working at Resplice offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization in the Greater Hyderabad Area that values compassion, scientific rigor, and individualized care.Role Description The Behavioral Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, working directly with autistic children and adolescents in clinical, school, or community settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior principles, and tracking progress through detailed data collection. The therapist will deliver one-on-one and small-group interventions, teach adaptive and social skills, and collaborate with families to support consistent strategies across home and therapy environments.

The role also involves working closely with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members, participating in case reviews, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a supportive, safe, and inclusive therapeutic environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis for designing and implementing evidence-based interventions.Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and experience Working With Children to build rapport, manage behavior, and support family collaboration.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Psychology to understand developmental, behavioral, and learning principles relevant to autism.Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, along with strong observation, documentation, and data collection abilities.Candidates should be able to work on-site full time, demonstrate patience and cultural sensitivity, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Relevant certifications or training in ABA or autism interventions, prior experience in clinical or school-based settings, and fluency in local languages are considered an advantage.
