We are seeking experienced Psychiatrists to provide expert mental healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support through virtual consultations.

Role Summary

As a Psychiatrist ( Online Consultation ), you will provide online consultations to patients experiencing mental health disorders. You will assess psychiatric conditions, diagnose mental illnesses, prescribe medications when appropriate, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations via video, audio, or chat.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
• Treat conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.
• Prescribe psychiatric medications in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust treatment plans during follow-up consultations.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
• Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Refer patients for emergency psychiatric care or hospitalization when clinically necessary.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and clinical documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid registration with NMC or State Medical Council.
• Strong expertise in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to provide consultations in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.
• Prior telemedicine experience is preferred but not mandatory.
