Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update files, ensuring items move through required steps and remain current
- Receive, organise, and maintain incoming information and records
- Prepare standard records, summaries, and supporting materials using predefined formats
- Perform basic research and information checks using online resources and third‑party providers
- Support internal users and colleagues through online tools and internal platforms
- Assist with service requests, tracking, and related administrative or billing activities
- Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and routine service questions
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of routine documentation
Background & Skills
- Post‑secondary education in a Legal field or equivalent hands‑on experience in an administrative or support environment
- Comfort working in a structured, detail‑focused role with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
