Strengthen customer support at Brandt as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist in Regina. Provide advanced technical guidance for Construction & Forestry equipment to enhance service efficiency. Brandt is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist in their Customer Support Center.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison between Brandt Tractor, John Deere DTAC, and OEMs, diagnosing complex product issues. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with service departments, monitoring machine diagnostics, and supporting technical resolutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with service departments for machine repairs • Investigate machine activity and recommend actions • Communicate resolutions to Service Departments via various channels • Provide Fleet Health reports for customers • Manage dealer technical resolution processes Requirements: • Knowledge of heavy equipment and dealership services • Strong technical and diagnostic skills • Bilingualism considered an asset • Background in computer applications and analytics • Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Duty Mechanic certification is a plus Leverage your technical expertise to support Brandt's customers and improve equipment performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
