Billing Operations (outsource)

Job Description:Ensure all shipment invoices are created in a timely mannerAccountable for meeting the agreed KPI and the consequences of failure for which corrective measures shall be taken according to prevailing regulation and procedure to avoid recurrence in the futureIssue invoice /DNRelease invoice to shipper (for TOD/Cash customers)Issuing final invoice to network, once confirmation received.Obtain receipt voucher from finance/cashier, for cash customer’s invoicesRelease documents to shipper/consignee/or their assigned brokerProvide e-facture to customerInvoice & document setting, and submission t to doc server.Submit CN application form if necessary Requirements :Minimal Diploma or Bachelor International Trade degree from recognized universityFresh Graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding, Brokerage company, as billing clerkPreferably able to join immediatelyGood understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)Ability to prioritize and multi-taskingExcellent communication skills
