About the RoleAs a BOM Specialist, you will be the guardian of our product structure and data integrity.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production by ensuring that every component of our electric vehicles is accurately documented, coded, and tracked. This position requires extreme precision and a deep understanding of manufacturing data lifecycles.? Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain complex Multi-Level Bills of Materials (BOM) for vehicle assembly and components.Ensure data synchronization between Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to update parts and structures accurately.Collaborate with Procurement and Production Planning to ensure part numbers and descriptions align across all systems.Audit BOM accuracy regularly to prevent production delays or procurement errors.Manage part lifecycle data within the ERP and PLM systems. ?

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in BOM Management or Configuration Management within the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes.High attention to detail and a "zero-error" mindset when handling large datasets.Good communication skills and ability to work under fast-paced environment.Fluent speaking in English.Willing to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang.
