Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Ahmedabad. The BIM Modeler will create and maintain accurate 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using REVIT, AutoCAD tools. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating construction drawings, coordinating models with multiple project stakeholders, and ensuring that all information is aligned with project standards and timelines.

The role involves reviewing project inputs, detecting and documenting clashes, supporting design revisions, and preparing model-based documentation for use by design and construction teams. The BIM Modeler will also collaborate closely with project managers and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement of modeling workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills with experience in relevant BIM software platforms.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and demonstrable experience as a Modeler for building projects.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within coordinated models.
• Candidates should possess ability to interpret and produce detailed Construction Drawings from BIM models.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong spatial and technical visualization skills, and the ability to work within established standards and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Prior experience in BIM modeling for commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in a consultancy or construction environment will be an advantage.
