About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and hands-on Body Shop Production Team Leader to oversee shift operations in our car manufacturing plant. The role focuses on managing frontline production teams and ensuring process discipline, safety, and quality. This role is essential for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient execution of daily production activities in alignment with operational goals. RequirementsBachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience in a Production team leader role in the automotive industry.Good understanding of car manufacturing processesFamiliar with shift-based production control and shop floor leadership.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and basic problem-solving tools.Able to read technical drawings and follow production schedules.Good communication skills in English.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise production team members on shift to meet safety, quality, and output targets.Monitor operations and quickly respond to issues.Ensure proper usage of equipment, tools, and materials.Conduct regular checks to enforce standard operating procedures and safety compliance.Record production data and report shift performance accurately.Support training of new operators and skill development of team members.Collaborate with engineers and maintenance for quick resolution of equipment or process problems.
