Position: Brand Activation Supervisor.Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand activation, event, or trade marketing (preferably in beauty/FMCG).Proven experience in handling offline & online brand campaigns, events, and activations.Strong project management and execution skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external stakeholders).Experience working with vendors, agencies, and third parties.Able to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel and work on-site for events/activations.

Job Responsibilities:Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute large-scale brand activation strategies (exhibitions, festivals, mall events, and nationwide campaigns) to maximize brand awareness and consumer engagement.End-to-End Event Management: Lead full-cycle event execution—from concept development, budgeting, timeline planning, vendor sourcing, to on-ground implementation.Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure all activations align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.On-Ground Leadership: Supervise and lead on-site event operations, including booth setup, manpower coordination (SPG/BA), troubleshooting, and real-time decision-making during events.Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of activation materials and events.Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate activation performance (traffic, engagement, sales impact) and provide actionable insights for improvement.Brand Visibility: Ensure strong brand presence and consistent execution across all activation touchpoints (booth, materials, promoters, etc.).Operational Support: Oversee on-ground activities during events and ensure smooth execution, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
