About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence in the Beauty, Personal Care, and Health industry. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, responsible for designing high-impact strategies, executing innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms and major marketplaces.If you have a passion for building brands and a proven track record of turning bold ideas into impactful results, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies (positioning, messaging, and storytelling) to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns from concept to post-campaign evaluation.Channel Optimization: Analyze brand and sales performance across digital channels and marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia), focusing on metrics such as Conversion Rate, AOV, and ROAS.Market Intelligence: Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to unlock new growth opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Ads, Creative, Social Media, KOL, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal alignment.Brand Governance: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, including content, advertising, marketplace aesthetics, and promotional materials.Creative Oversight: Supervise the production of marketing assets (ads, packaging, and content) to ensure they strictly follow brand guidelines.Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for future growth.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales teams to hit business targets and KPIs.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Brand or Marketing management, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industries.Expertise: Deep understanding of branding strategies and end-to-end campaign execution.Marketplace Proficiency: Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data (ROAS, conversion funnels, sales data) to drive strategic decisions.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team.Communication: Exceptional communication and coordination skills for managing both internal teams and external partners.Soft Skills: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
