Key Responsibilities: Ability to analyze and decompose problem statements, distilling these into clearly defined requirements. A confident and effective communicator, with experience and comfort addressing and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders and other sr/jr team membersAbility to impart complex information in an easily digestible form, to both technical and non-technical audiences.Act as a bridge between the Business and Technology using technical and analytical skills to enhance or implement new Data Warehouse processesIdentify ways to improve existing data qualityValidate data, as needed, and test applications for business requirements, functionality, and usabilityGathers, analyzes, defines, and documents requirements and communicates them to the technical & non-technical audienceDefine and deliver metrics, reports, dashboards, and data warehousing solutions for tracking and managing the business objectivesIdentify ways to incorporate automation in any deliverablesIdentify business challenges and initiate process improvement projectsFacilitate and help modernize the data ingestion and consumption processCreate Business flow/Data Flow diagramsCreate source-to-target mappingsProvide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insightsCollaborate with various business groups to build scalable processes and metricsResponsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conducting appropriate data validationResponsible for gathering and validating datasets across multiple data sourcesResponsible for identifying and implementing key insightsProvide analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps and Tableau.Define KPIs to track key business processes.
