Job Description
- Strong experience in eliciting and detailing complex requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, modeling processes, and defining business rules in a structured manner.
- Solid background in supporting critical systems and providing Level 2 support, with the ability to analyze high-complexity incidents, interpret logs, validate data, identify root causes, and guide technical solutions.
- Skilled in functional analysis within distributed and integrated environments, understanding end-to-end flows, API integrations, and impacts on satellite systems.
- Proficient in using Jira to organize and manage work: writing stories and epics, defining acceptance criteria, refining with technical teams, prioritizing, and monitoring the delivery cycle.
- Ability to perform data analysis using intermediate/advanced SQL queries to support diagnostics, validate system behavior, and conduct comparative analyses.
- Experienced in creating high-level functional documentation, such as business process flows, detailed specifications, operational manuals, decision matrices, and impact maps.
- Understanding of functional architecture, integrations, communication patterns, and protocols, enabling productive discussions with architects and developers.
- Hands‑on knowledge of agile methodologies, actively contributing to planning, refinement sessions, and functional decision‑making.

- Ability to lead functional initiatives and run meetings with executives, business areas, operations, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in critical contexts.
- Highly analytical and structured profile, with a systemic view and the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts, prioritize root causes, and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to the audience — from operational users to technical teams and managerial levels.
- Autonomy to make functional decisions based on data, business rules, and operational impacts, taking responsibility for the implementation of deliverables.
- Strong crisis management skills, able to perform under pressure, organize investigation threads, consolidate information, and coordinate efforts to restore services.
- Proactive in suggesting continuous improvements to processes, requirements, governance, and the operating model, contributing to the sustainable evolution of systems.
- Ability to mediate conflicts, negotiate scope, and reconcile the interests of multiple stakeholders, always focusing on business value and product integrity.
- Ongoing interest in learning about the capital markets, monitoring regulatory, operational, and technological changes.
