Junior Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of consortium rules and market knowledge
• Ability to lead meetings and manage crises independently, providing continuous and relevant status updates to the Product Manager (PM)
• Define necessary solutions for specific problems while seeking generalizable solutions that can add value to the product, ensuring that deliveries meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to explain the rules and functionality of the systems you work with
• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for both internal teams and clients
• Plan and coordinate feature deliveries in collaboration with the Business Owner (BO) and technical leads
• Knowledge of SCRUM and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective)
• Train, support, and contribute alongside other analysts on the team
