We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - SAP Transformation to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).

Qualifications

• Mandatory: 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Finance or ERP Transformation.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance process analysis.
• Experience in AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Reporting, Financial Close, and Controlling.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting UAT, change management, and solution design.
• Knowledge of system integrations and business process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Analyze and optimize Finance processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and reporting.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, developers, and business users.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-offs.
• Support training, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
