About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business acquisition and manage strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and key business decision-makers across mid-sized and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across reputed mid-sized and large organizations.
- Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, promoters, directors, and other key decision-makers.
- Drive new business opportunities and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Order Booking (OB) targets.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze key accounts, monitor customer requirements, and identify growth opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business strategy.
- Ensure weekly and monthly sales KPIs are achieved.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools.
- Adhere to organizational policies and management systems, including Quality, Information Security, Privacy, IT Service Management, and other compliance frameworks.
- Participate in organizational training, risk assessment initiatives, and contribute to departmental objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Data Center, Cloud, Managed Services, or Digital Infrastructure solutions.
- Strong experience in hunting new accounts and managing strategic enterprise relationships.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
