Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to help assume full responsibility for the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring high-quality data while delivering strategic insights to enhance product presentation, analysis, and sales in a competitive digital environment.

About the role

You will integrate into a team where specialization in reporting and dashboard development is essential for driving strategic decision‑making and operational optimization.

You will take complete ownership of the reporting function—designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards that visualize critical KPIs. Far from being a purely technical role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights, support UX research initiatives, and assist with A/B testing analysis to optimize online store features, product placements, and promotional strategies across desktop and mobile applications.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: +4 years of experience in an analytical role, with a strong mindset oriented toward business impact and decision‑making.
• Technical Background: Proficient with data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics, alongside advanced skills in developing interactive dashboards (such as Tableau) to visualize KPIs.
• Optimization Focus: Solid experience or exposure to UX research and A/B testing analysis within an online sales, e‑commerce, or digital product context.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Ability to prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, work with cross‑functional teams to gather market data, and ensure data quality and reliability.
