EchoX Media is a Delhi-based influencer marketing and talent management agency specializing in the health & wellness space. We manage 10+ creators and work with brands like Kent, Nura, Apollo Hospital, and The Good Bug.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive brand outreach — reaching out to potential brand partners, setting up discovery calls, and building a strong pipeline of leads for our influencer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential brand clients (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- Pitch EchoX Media's influencer marketing services to brand managers/marketing teams
- Set up and coordinate meetings/calls between brands and the founder
- Maintain a lead tracker — log outcomes, follow up consistently, and report on pipeline status
- Follow up persistently on warm/cold leads until conversion or clear closure
- Work closely with the founder and talent team to align outreach with available creators
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English — comfortable on calls with brand managers
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or cold calling preferred (not mandatory if you're a fast learner)
- Strong follow-up discipline — this role lives and dies on consistency, not just first calls
- Comfortable with basic tools (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email)
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
