EdTalkies is hiring energetic Business Development Executives in Hyderabad to promote our AI-powered education and smart classroom solutions to schools, colleges, coaching institutions, and educational organizations.
The role involves visiting institutions, meeting principals and decision-makers, scheduling product demos, explaining our solutions, and supporting the sales process from first meeting to proposal follow-up.
This is a field-sales role suitable for candidates who are confident, disciplined, and comfortable meeting school management teams directly.
Note: This is not a digital marketing role. This is a business development/sales role focused on calling, field visits, institutional meetings, demos, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions in Hyderabad/Telangana.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local research, and networking.
- Meet principals, directors, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Explain EdTalkies AI, AiBoard and related education solutions in simple terms.
- Schedule demos, workshops, seminars, and follow-up meetings.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, feedback, and next steps.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, pricing, presentations, and demos.
- Follow up with institutions through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
- Build long-term relationships with schools and education groups.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu. Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily institution visits.
- Basic understanding of technology, AI, EdTech, or smart classrooms is preferred.
- Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Any graduate.
- MBA/BBA freshers can apply.
- Candidates with EdTech, school sales, admission counselling, field marketing, insurance, banking, or institutional sales experience are preferred.
