Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Manager – Hardware Solutions
Location: Delhi
CTC Offered: ₹8–10 LPA + Performance Incentives
Location - New Delhi
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth in the hardware solutions segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B product sales, enterprise hardware solutions, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to generate revenue and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the hardware sales market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote hardware products and solutions to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions based on business needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sales coordination.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Develop channel partner relationships and support business expansion through partner networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen business development efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product sales or hardware sales, preferably in enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience in selling products within one or more of the following domains is highly preferred:
- Industrial Automation
- RFID Solutions
- IoT Devices and Solutions
- Barcode Solutions
- POS Hardware
- Networking Devices
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Handheld Devices
- Printers
- Sensors and Edge Devices
- Other Enterprise Hardware Products
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Experience managing B2B enterprise clients across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales approach, and channel sales management.
Required Skills
