About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Consultant with a strong consultative selling mindset and experience managing enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to build strategic client relationships, identify business challenges, and deliver technology-driven solutions across industries. In this role, you will own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution consulting to contract closure and account growth.
You will also serve as a trusted Account Manager for key enterprise customers while collaborating with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to drive long-term business success.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle with a target-driven approach.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise accounts.
- Research industries, market trends, customer challenges, and business objectives to develop tailored solution proposals.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level meetings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution proposals.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, RFIs, and RFP responses.
- Develop account strategies and execute hunting plans within existing accounts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Partner with strategic alliances, technology partners, and OEMs to generate new business opportunities.
- Track invoices, collections, and commercial milestones for assigned accounts.
- Review and support commercial and legal documentation including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Purchase Orders, Vendor Agreements, and other customer contracts.
- Ensure timely contract negotiations and support compliance-related activities.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies and industry trends to provide strategic consulting to clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or IT Solution Sales.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong consultative or solution-selling experience.
- Good understanding of IT architecture and modern technology ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience preparing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and commercial documentation.
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend innovative technology solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, accountable, persistent, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
