Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with the photography team to align business objectives with client needs.
The role also involves attending events and networking to promote the brand and services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development or client relationship management.
- Marketing and networking abilities to effectively promote services and build new partnerships.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently to achieve targets and drive results.
- Familiarity with the photography or creative industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
